This agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Ehsaas, the operator of Ehsaas. They apply every time you use the app. If you do not agree with them, do not create an account.
Our Privacy Policy and Safety & Community rules are part of this agreement.
Who can use Ehsaas
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must give accurate information when you sign up, including your age.
- One person, one account. Do not create an account for someone else or pretend to be a person you are not.
- Do not create a new account to get around a ban. We treat that as a fresh breach of these terms.
Coins and payments
Coins are the in-app credit used to pay for calls and gifts. You buy them through Google Play.
- Coins are a prepaid credit for using Ehsaas. They are not money, not a deposit, and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
- Coins do not expire while your account is open. If you close your account, any unused coins are lost.
- Purchases are handled by Google. Refund requests for a purchase go through Google Play under their refund policy. Where Indian consumer law gives you a right to a refund, that right is unaffected by this clause.
- We may change coin prices and pack sizes. A change never affects coins you have already bought.
How calls are billed
Voice calls are charged per minute, in coins. The current rate and your balance are shown in the app before a call starts — see the rate card under Settings.
- Billing runs per minute while you are connected and stops when the call ends.
- If your balance runs out mid-call, you get a short grace period to top up. If you do not, the call ends.
- If a call drops almost immediately after a minute is charged, that minute is refunded to your balance automatically. There is a weekly cap on how many times this can happen, because the mechanism exists for genuine failures.
- We may change the per-minute rate. Any change is shown in the app before it applies to you, and never applies to a call already in progress.
We do not charge for a call that never connected. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us with the date and time and we will look at the record.
Creator earnings
If you take calls on Ehsaas, you earn a share of the coins spent on your paid minutes, plus any tips and gifts you receive. Your current share is shown in the app.
- Earnings appear in your dashboard as they accrue and can be withdrawn to the UPI ID you provide.
- Withdrawals are reviewed and paid manually. Allow a few working days.
- You are responsible for your own income tax on what you earn. We are not your employer; you use Ehsaas as an independent individual.
- We may withhold or reverse earnings obtained by breaking these terms — for example, artificially inflating call minutes or colluding with another account.
Rules of conduct
These apply on calls, in chats, in rooms, and in stories. Do not:
- harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse anyone;
- share sexual content involving anyone, or any content at all involving a minor;
- record, screenshot, or redistribute another person's calls, voice, or photos without their consent;
- impersonate another person, or misrepresent your age or gender to get matched;
- ask for or share money outside the app, including asking someone to pay you directly;
- advertise, spam, or recruit users to another platform;
- share anyone's private information, including phone numbers and addresses;
- do anything illegal under Indian law, or use Ehsaas to arrange anything illegal;
- interfere with the app — reverse engineer it, automate it, or try to obtain coins or earnings you did not pay for or earn.
Breaking these rules can cost you your account, and serious cases are reported to the authorities. See Safety & Community for how reports are handled.
Content you post
What you post stays yours. To run the app we need permission to store and show it, so by posting you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store and display that content for the purpose of operating Ehsaas. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where we must retain something for a safety or legal reason.
We may remove content that breaks these terms, and we may review reported content to decide whether it does.
Games in rooms
Some rooms have social games such as Antakshari, Tambola and quizzes. These are free to play.
- There is no entry fee, no stake, and no wager of any kind.
- Coins are never pooled, never bet, and never paid out as a prize based on a game result.
- Anything you choose to gift a host during a game is a gift, not a stake, and does not change your chance of winning anything.
Ehsaas does not offer any online money game as defined by the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025, and we do not intend to.
Suspension and closure
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that we reasonably believe belongs to a minor, or where we are required to by law. Where we can, we will tell you why.
You can close your own account at any time from Settings in the app, or through the account deletion page. Closing an account forfeits any unused coins and any earnings not yet withdrawn.
What we do and do not promise
Ehsaas connects people; it does not vet them the way an employer or a matchmaker would. Use your judgement about who you talk to and what you share.
The app is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and secure, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for what another user says or does.
Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Gujarat, India. Before going to court, please raise the issue with our Grievance Officer — the contact is in our Privacy Policy — as most things can be settled there.
Changes to these terms
We will update these terms as the app changes. When a change is material we will update the date at the top of this page and ask you to accept it in the app. Continuing to use Ehsaas after that means you accept the new version. These terms were published on 16 August 2026.
